Workshop: Attracting Guests with Disabilities to Homestays and Hotels – More Inclusive, More Profitable

Did you know that:

  • 15% of the world’s population are persons with disabilities, and this number is increasing due to population aging?

  • Many international and domestic tourists are seeking destinations that are friendly, safe, and accessible – yet very few homestays/hotels in Vietnam can meet this demand?

That means: If you are an early adopter, your homestay or hotel can become a unique destination and the top choice for many travelers.

Time: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (90 minutes)
Format: Online via Zoom

Speaker: Nguyen Hong Giang – Social Inclusion Expert, Master’s graduate from Flinders University (Australia). She is a person with a physical disability and works with IDAP to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities (PWDs) through technology and society. She also serves as a consultant for organizations and businesses to make their services more disability-friendly and to better serve customers with disabilities.

Completely free of charge – with practical guidelines provided after the workshop.

What will you gain after 90 minutes?
