PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
– Support lecturers, students, businesses, and individuals in identifying digital transformation needs of MSMEs and developing relevant digital human resource and technical services
– Guide service providers in approaching their first potential customers
– Train participants on pricing strategies and how to determine market-aligned service costs
– Build effective service delivery processes
– Develop marketing strategies to reach local businesses
– Connect service providers with MSMEs to expand collaboration opportunities
ABOUT THE IDAP PROJECT
IDAP (Inclusive Digital Acceleration Program) – Strengthening the inclusive digital transformation ecosystem for MSMEs focused on agriculture and tourism in Lào Cai and Sơn La.
The project is funded by GREAT (Gender-Responsive Equitable Agriculture and Tourism) and implemented by KisStartup as the main local partner from 2024 to 2027.
IDAP builds on the success of the previous Digital Acceleration Program (DAP) for businesses, cooperatives, and household enterprises.
Upon completion of the program:

100% of participants changed their business model

100% increased their revenue

More than 7.2 billion VND in total online revenue was generated across five 10-week cohorts, with each business/cooperative achieving an estimated 300–500% revenue growth compared to before joining the program.
