The seminar "Open Innovation for lecturers-students-university was organised by Hong Duc University, with the companionship of the National Agency for Technology Deveand Science and Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (Ministry of Science and Technology) and KisStartup Joint Stock Company with the aim of improving the understanding of innovation for university, students and lecturers, thereby promoting the formation of an innovation centre at Hong Duc University.
The Seminar "Open Innovation for lecturers-students-university was organised by KisStartup and Hong Duc University took place on September 19, 2022, in a series of events to celebrate the Hong Duc university's 25th anniversary, with the participation of:

The seminar is an opportunity for the university and experts in the field of Innovation to exchange experiences and difficulties in promoting the role of Hong Duc University in the Thanh Hoa startup ecosystem in particular and in Vietnam in general.
During the seminar, sharing with all participants, school leaders shared:
“Based on the schemes and resolutions of the government with the goal of promoting the startup ecosystem in Vietnam by 2025, Hong Duc University made the decision to add the Innovation module to all of the university's training majors from 2022 in order to bring knowledge about entrepreneurship to the university's lecturers and students. With the goal of building and forming a smart, innovative university, becoming the center of the startup ecosystem, the university has invited famous speakers in the innovation field to clearly identify problems, difficulties and direction for Hong Duc University in the process of promoting innovation.
In the seminar, Mrs. Nguyen Dang Tuan Minh - Co-founder and CEO of KisStartup JSC shared that the university plays an important role in the startup ecosystem, especially in the aspects of culture, training and human resources. In order for the university to become an Innovation University, the university's leaders need to commit to and build a long-term vision as well as promote the entrepreneurship spirit of lecturers and students through building an innovation culture.
In the later part of the seminar, Mr. Tu Minh Hieu - National Agency for Technology Deveand Science and Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (Ministry of Science and Technology) has shared with the participants about Open Innovation, with the participation of external parties, including corporations, enterprises and SMEs. In addition, Mr. Pham Tuan Hiep - Director of BKHoldings shared his conclusions and stories in the process of promoting innovation at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The problems associated with Mr. Hiep's journey to promote the innovation ecosystem are practical lessons for Hong Duc University.
At the seminar, Mr. Pham Hong Quat - Director of the Department of Market Development and Science and Technology Enterprise (Ministry of Science and Technology) was extremely proud of the university's pioneering spirit and daring to innovate. He hoped that Hong Duc University will continue promoting its role in promoting the startup ecosystem in Thanh Hoa city.
Under the witness of Mr. Pham Hong Quat, leading experts in innovation and all lecturers, Mr. Bui Van Dung, Principal of Hong Duc University signed a MOU with the KisStartup Joint Stock Company, marking the way to build and develop the activities of the start-up support center of Thanh Hoa province, located at Hong Duc University.
This is also a collaborative effort between the private sector and universities, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology's policy to promote the in-depth development of the startup ecosystem in Thanh Hoa. associated with the Ecosystem of Vietnam and the world.
