Green Export Coaching Service – Green Export Accelerator by KisStartup
From a Pilot Project to a Long-term Companion Service for Businesses
In the context where sustainability standards, traceability requirements, and environmental and social responsibility are progressively becoming the "new rules of the game" in global trade, export capacity no longer relies solely on product quality. It now depends on the ability to transform business models, build data, tell impact stories, and connect with the right target markets.
With the companionship and support of the SwissTrade Program funded by the Swiss Government, along with the coordination of the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), the GEVA project – the Green Export Incubation and Acceleration through Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS) program – served as an important pilot in building a more comprehensive support model for exporting businesses.
The results of GEVA provided a crucial lesson: businesses do not just need awareness training; they require a "complete runway" to be fully ready to step into the international market. This is a combination of diagnostic and measurement tools, improvement roadmaps, intensive 1:1 consulting, digital transformation, brand development, product refinement, compliance with sustainability standards, and substantive connections with international buyers.
Following the implementation of GEVA, many businesses recorded clear changes in their market approach: restructuring business models, improving product strategies, upgrading packaging and branding, developing online channels, reaching out to international clients, and step-by-step generating new revenue opportunities.
Drawing upon those practical experiences, KisStartup is pleased to introduce the Green Export Coaching Service – Green Export Accelerator, a companion program designed for businesses wishing to enhance their competitiveness and prepare for their international market development journey.
The program is designed for:
- Vietnamese businesses looking to establish or expand their export activities;
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) transitioning toward green and sustainable practices;
- Businesses that need preparation to meet international market requirements regarding standards, data, and social-environmental responsibility;
- International businesses wishing to understand the Vietnamese market, look for manufacturing partners, build sustainable supply chains, or develop products tailored to the Vietnamese market.
KisStartup’s Approach
With an innovation foundation and a data-driven approach, KisStartup does not view green export as a mere compliance activity, but rather as a comprehensive innovation process for the enterprise.
The program is structured along the following roadmap:

A Long-Term Journey, Not Just a Training Course
KisStartup believes that green export cannot be achieved through a few short-term training sessions. Businesses require a continuous process of learning, experimenting, and adjusting, combining international knowledge, practical data, and close companionship.
GEVA was an important testing step that helped us and our international partners validate a more comprehensive business support model. Building on those lessons, KisStartup looks forward to continuing to develop deeper, more flexible services that match the practical needs of businesses on their journey of digital transformation, green transition, and expansion into the global market.
We do not promise a single "formula for success" for every business. We walk alongside you to help your business find the path that best fits your own products, capacity, and growth ambitions.
