– 13:30 – 17:00 | MSMEs, cooperatives, collaborative groups, and household businesses in Lao Cai: Applying e-commerce & digital marketing
ABOUT THE IDAP PROJECT
IDAP (Inclusive Digital Acceleration Program) – Strengthening the inclusive digital transformation ecosystem for MSMEs focusing on agriculture and tourism in the two provinces of Lào Cai and Sơn La.
This project is funded by GREAT (Gender-Responsive Equitable Agriculture and Tourism), with KisStartup JSC as the main implementation partner from 2024 to 2027.
The IDAP project builds on the success of the Digital Acceleration Program (DAP) for businesses, cooperatives, and household enterprises.
Upon completion of the program:

100% of participants changed their business model

100% increased their revenue

Over 7.2 billion VND in total online revenue was generated across 5 cohorts over 10 weeks

Each business/cooperative saw an estimated 300–500% increase in revenue compared to before joining
